Moving an item from one list to another list when properties changed

So I have two contract list one is list consisting of all completed contracts and the other consist of ongoing contracts. In the ongoing contract list there is column called status (choice column) when it's 1 then it means its completed and when it's 0 it means it's still ongoing. Now when a contract has been changed from 0 to 1 I want that the contract number and it's details to  be moved to the completed list and then deleted from the ongoing list. 

The completed list will have the same columns but the status column will not have 0  and 1 but instead it would be a single line of text that says completed.

Yes. You would Get item from list 1, then Create item for list 2, passing in the item information from the list 1 Get item step. You would then Delete item from list 1 Get item. More:
