Multiple Approvals

Hi,

Please, I need to create approvals for lines in a Excel, but I can't create one by one, I need to create all the approvals at once and after that, pick up the lines that have been approved and email them.

An approver can reassign an approval in Flow.  No one else can reassign the approval regardless of whether the approvers account is active, disabled or deleted.

You may/may not be able to reassign an approval by accessing the CDS directly but that would require a premium license.

As an alternative, consider escalating the approval.  The approval will time out if action has not been taken in a specified amount of time.  This allows you to create a new approval and assign it to another approver.
