in our flow we used to send email notification to multiple people
when it triggers each person will get two emails below is the condition itions
I made a simple flow according to your description, the flow is triggered by When an item is created or modified. Under the If yes branch of the Condition, send an email to the item creator. Whenever a new item is created or an existing item is modified, only one email will be sent. I don’t get the issue you mentioned.
About your flow, how do you specify the To field of the Send email actions? Please share more details to help reproduce it on my side.
