Multiple approvers

Apologies if this has been asked/answered! Smiley Happy

I'm creating a flow where an approval needs to be received from two people.

If this first rejects, the flow stops, and the item is rejected. If the first approves, and the second rejects, the flow stops, and the item is rejected.

I'm having difficulty figuring out how to make the second approval take precedence over the first. IE, none of my rejection messages are coming through if there's an approval first. AND, when I test rejecting it first, I get ALL the rejection emails.

Screenshot below and thanks for any advice!

Re: Multiple approvers

I am not sure what the issue is but I suspect it has to do with where your second condition is located.  I suspect that your second approval specifies all approvers.

Here is a screenshot of a similar process that I have tested.  Emails only go out as appropriate.  I didn't put in the update list item actions on the "no" side for the sake of time.

Please post here if you need more help.

Re: Multiple approvers

That seems to have fixed this issue! I didn't think to nest the 2nd condition.

Thanks much!
