Need help creating a Condition for New Event create (V2)

I need to create a condition with a statement that will send a notification when the event is starts after 5pm or the event starts saturday or sunday.

@greater(triggerBody()?['Start'], '17:00:00')

Hi @Ivazquez,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Do you create an event within your Outlook calendar?

I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:

  • Add a "When a new event is created (V2)" action, specify Calendar Id.
  • Add a Condition, click "Edit in advanced mode", type the following workaround:
@or(greater(formatDateTime(triggerBody()?['Start'], 'HH:mm'), formatDateTime('2018-04-13T17:00:00Z', 'HH:mm')),or(equals(dayOfWeek(triggerBody()?['Start']), 6),equals(dayOfWeek(triggerBody()?['Start']), 0)))
  • Within "If/yes" branch of Condition, add a "Send an email" action.

The flow works successfully as below:7.JPG

More details about using expression in flow actions, please check the following article:

Use expression in flow actions

Best regards,

Kris
