Just want to find out if I am the only one that is holding the license for the power automate product, when I send the link to non license user to fill up the form will they be able to access.

Can you clarify what you mean by filling up the form? Is this just a link to a SharePoint list item? A power app?

Hi Eric,
I would like to create an automate approval process using Microsoft Power Automate function. Understand that we will need to purchase the license to use this platform. Will those user without Microsoft Power Automate license be able to access this platform when I send the link to them?

Based on this post, a power automate license or a relevant o365/d365 license that includes Power Automate is required to approve/reject.
I also came across this as a workaround via email but I guess its not the standard approval.
