New to Flow and stuck

I work for a construction company and we have a sharepoint list of items we are bidding.  When we check the bid complete which is a yes/no column in the list I would like the entire line to move to a bid complete list.  I created a blank list and have tried a bunch of flows I made to try and complete this.  It states that the flow works but nothing moved.  Does the 2nd list where I would like them moved need to be set up exactly the same?  Could someone share a templete with me and I just modify it for my lists?

Thanks in advance for the help.

@glometeeb :

Can you post a screen shot of your Flow?  That will make it much easier to assist.  The more detail the better.

Also, have you considered leaving the list items in the existing list and simply creating a view that show only Bids that are not complete and another view that show only bids that are complete?
