I just got a new job...I'm completely new to Flow, and I think it will be super helpful for lots of things.
I startes with a template. I've played around with it for the past few weeks, but noticing some issues that I want to remedy before it gets hard to control. I'm just not sure I understand the best solution to use for my desired flow.
I have my personal gmail calender (which includes several sub calendars) and I have my new workoutlook calendar. For ease, I want them to sync. Do I need to do a new flow for every sub calendar in my gmail? I also want any event changes, additions, deletions made to get updated. And recurring events behave odd too..I've reserched all these items and I think I am confusing myself more. Does anyone have a solution or suggestions?
Any help would be appreciated.
Jennifer

Hi @PJ_RACSB ,
Do you want to sync events between Google Calendar and your Outlook calendar?
About sub calendars, do you mean calendars under “My calendars”?
Google calendar trigger “When an event is added, updated or deleted from a calendar” can only detect events on a specific calendar.
For your scenario, I am afraid that you may need to create flows for every calendar under My calendars in your Gmail.
Best regards,
Mabel
