I am not able to find my flows, website ends with an error stating: "please refresh your browser or try it later"
When looking at the detailed error, the message that I'm getting is as follows.

I am having problems viewing my Flows too. It looks like Flow is 'down' - is this true for others as well?
The page takes very long to load, and eventually errors as shown below.
Clicking on the Action - Flow button within PowerApps also does not return any results, the message sais PowerApps is "unable to connect to service":
Same experience in Google Chrome and IE.

Could you please share a screenshot of your issue?
I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please take a try to clear cache of your browser and sign in your Microsoft Flow again to check if the issue is solved.
In addition, please also consider take a try to Reset your browser (Restore the settings of your browser to the original defaults) and then try to sign in your Microsoft Flow again.
