O365 on new email trigger failing from yesterday (22/7/2016)

I have around 10 flows that checks my O365 and save any attachement to OneDrive4B.

 

While they failed often with "statusCode": 429, "message": "Rate limit is exceeded. Try again in 3 seconds." that was not affecting when a new email came.

 

From Yesterday all my new emails don't fire the trigger. Did anything change on Flow or  O365?

One change I made was to deactivate clutter on O365

Delete the Flows , had diffrerent old trigger "On new email" and create again, now the new email trigger is "When new email arrives". This fix the issue for now
