Office 365 Connecter Get User Profile V2

HI This new V2 Connector Can pull all kinds of information out of a User's Profile like Skills and much more. I noticed it can pull the Hire Date and that would be really useful to me for a lot of flows. But none of my users have hire dates inputted thus making it useless.  Where is the hire date stored so I can update all my users with the date and start using it in my flows

Thanks in Advance

Hi @Anonymous,

This information is in SharePoint User Profile.

To update it for example via script, there is need to use REST. Hope this link will help you to find path how to bulk update it - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/solution-guidance/bulk-user-profile-update-api-for-sharepoint-online

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you want to update Hire Date property of an Office 365 user's profile?

I could not find where the Hire Date property is stored and could not find a way to update a Hire Date property of an Office 365 user's profile currently, I afraid that there is no way to update the Hire Date property of an Office 365 user's profile.

If you want to get further help in this question, you could consider take a try to open a new thread in Office 365 community:

https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Office-365/ct-p/Office365

In general, if you want to update the user profile properties of an Office 365 user, please check the following article:

Add or change profile information for a user in Azure Active Directory

I think @Anonymous was wondering more how to get and use the hire date, not update it. He would have to manually update his AAD with all his user's hiredate first so that he could then call that date in a powerapp.

I have written a more detailed question here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Creating-Apps/Trying-to-get-a-user-s-hire-date-in-vacation-request-form/m-p/119724/highlight/true#M2589
