Is it possible to create a flow on a class notebook where a page is updated, an email is sent to appropriate student?

The following is OneNote-related trigger supported by MS Flow. Currently, there is no feature to detect whether the page has new content updates.

If you want such a feature to be supported by MS Flow, you could post your idea in Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
