Onenote Monthly Section and Daily page

Hi Team,

Is there a way to create a OneNote Monthly Section (when month change with the clear readeable name) and a OneNote Daily page (when the day change). That would make a good replacement for the non working anymore OneNote Daily Journal?

Re: Onenote Monthly Section and Daily page

Hi elacroix,

Did you mean that you want to let Flow create sections in OneNote Monthly/Daily as time goes on? If so, I think this cannot be done. As this need to use Today date parameter and this is only supported in a condition and when flipping it to advanced mode.

I have found an idea post here:

You can vote for it so it might be considered to future release.

Regards,

Mona

Re: Onenote Monthly Section and Daily page

I am looking for the same thing.  I really miss the convenience of the Journal application and the keyboard sortcut to jump to the current day's page.

Currently I have a flow that triggers by button (can't seem to get Recurrence to trigger before I get into work).  That feeds into Get forecast For Today and that feeds into OneNote Create Page in Section.

The reason I feed into weather is Weather gets me a date to work with, in this case put down as first line in HTML so that OneNote on my PC will eventually copy that to the page's tab when the title does not exist.

Needs:

Onenote: 1.Way to create a page with a title, 2.Have access to some default content like Current date, year, month, day, current time, etc 3.Way to update an existing page (append text to page)

Re: Onenote Monthly Section and Daily page

I agree w/ Jay. having a way to add title to onenote page created through Flow will be nice. what's the point if you cannot create a title. there has to be a workaround right?
