Re: Open CRM record from Email Option Button in Flows

Hi @DineshRaja94,

Thanks for updating.

I am afraid that it might be not possible to open record and change the time in the form on selecting an option button.

Please try if the following workaround will work for you. Under the action Send an email with options, add a condition to check if the user response is equal to Reschedule. If it is equal to Reschedule, send an email to the item to requestor by inserting a link in the email body likes below:

Please make sure to enable Yes for the Is HTML field in Send an email action.

Besides, if you would like to have OnSelect property of a button in Microsoft Flow, please feel free submit a request on Flow Ideas Forum at here:

Best regards,

Mabel

Hi @DineshRaja94,

Could you share more details on your scenario?

Do you want to open a Dynamics 365 record by clicking an email option button?

Are you considering using action Send an email with options?

Please share more details on your scenario for better understanding.

Best regards,

Mabel
