Organizing flows

Hi community!

I have been playing around with flows for a while. Now that I got myself a new job I can dive in all the way 🙂
And I love it.

But, I'm looking for some good practice.
I find myself building rather complex flows (http requests, get file by path, approvals, sending mails, cards in teams, ...).
For my sake I split flows up in multiple flows, but the list is getting longer. Yesterday I read about scopes in flows. I was hoping there exists something like folders so I could create a folder per project and put all the flows in that folder. Or should I just create 1 flow with scopes, in which these scopes function as folders?

Can anyone shed a light on organizing flows?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @JohanB123 ,

May be you can add all your flows in a Solution. Also instead of having one big flow you can even split that into multiple child flows, so that you can reuse the child flows in other flows.

If you want to move all the flows to other PowerApps environment, then you can export the solution containing all the flows and import the solution in other environment. But you also need to have all the dependencies (like entities, optionsets etc) included in the same solution.

Please accept it as a solution and give thumbs up, if it works for you.
