Could you please share more details about the error message (Check under Flow Run history details page)?

The error message might mean you have run out of the calls for Microsoft Teams. Check Throttling limits for Microsoft Teams connector: Throttling Limits 

You can also check Limits and configuration in Power Automate for more information about current limits and configuration details for flow.
