I'm wondering if there is a way to get a welcome email sent to a client one I have scheduled their first appointment using Outlook Calendar and my Mailchimp setup.

This is where I got over the weekend as far a setting up a flow.
When a certain type of subject is attached to the event it pushes to our mailchimp list.
However when I attempt to run the flow it gives me an error.
Also the welcome email has not been created yet I'm just working on getting the flow right first.
