When using the Outlook Customer Manager add action, i keep getting a 500 error, even with all the fields filled out as standard.
Any help greatly recieved.

What’s the error message on your side?
How is your flow created? Could you share a screenshot?
I have made a simple flow to test this issue. It has the trigger When an item is created or modified, then the Outlook customer manager action Create a business contact. But it always returns an error 500 says “An error has occurred”.
Error 500 means that the error is temporary, I will keep an eye on it and try it later to see if the error still exists.

Thanks for that, there seems to be something fundementally wrong with Outlook customer manager connector, i have raised an inncident with microsoft.
