When using the Outlook Customer Manager add action, i keep getting a 500 error, even with all the fields filled out as standard.
Any help greatly recieved.

How is your flow created? Could you share a screenshot?
I have made a simple flow to test this issue. It has the trigger When an item is created or modified, then the Outlook customer manager action Create a business contact. But it always returns an error 500 says “An error has occurred”.
Error 500 means that the error is temporary, I will keep an eye on it and try it later to see if the error still exists.
