PTO Request with multiple managers

I've created a PTO Request form and automation that when an employee selects a certain manager it will go through that process. Each manager has the same process. I even added a timeout in case that manager is gone for the week or something else and will ping the managers.

My question is if there's a better approach without having to create a condition based on the manager, because loading this automation so I can edit it takes forever now because of all the steps.
