Payload from HTTP request trigger - How to access it?

Hi, I have this payload sent as a HTTP POST -

Which as i understand it is a base 64 string, however MS Flow sees this as an object. Im now trying to access parts of it such as response_url however I cant seem to find an expression to use that will manipulate it to a string or a container that I can use to allow me access. Any ideas on how to achieve this? Thanks.
