Planner Create Bucket error

Hi all

I am getting an error when trying to create a new Bucket on Planner.

I am using a Plan Id created via Microsoft Teams, so maybe the limitation comes from here

My flow is very simple

FlowPlanner.png

The error is the following

Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Create_a_bucket' inputs at line '1' and column '2584': 'The template language expression 'json(decodeBase64(triggerOutputs().headers['X-MS-APIM-Tokens']))['$connections']['shared_planner']['connectionId']' cannot be evaluated because property 'shared_planner' doesn't exist, available properties are 'shared_sharepointonline'. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions for usage details.'.

Re: Planner Create Bucket error

Thanks for the tip, @v-bacao-msft !

I just realized what I was doing wrong. I created the Flow with the manual trigger and the "Initialize variable" action block, and executed it by selecting "Run". Then I edited it, added the Planner action blocks, and pressed "Save and Test". This leaded to the failure I shared.

Once I executed it by selecting "Run" (instead of "Save and Test"), I got the opportunity to approve the Planner connection, and the Flow works as expected.

Re: Planner Create Bucket error

Hi @efialttes

Can you please share more details on this? Are you selecting the plan ID from the dropdown or manually typing it in?

Please see the screenshot below:

testa.png

Expression:

concat(triggerBody()['text'],'_',triggerBody()['text_1'])

I tested this on my end and it works.

If you could share a screenshot of the error I could have a better look.

Hope this Helps!

Re: Planner Create Bucket error

@yashag2255

I selected the Plan Id from the Dropdown.

It's enough for me to know somebody else tested the scenario and works fine, since it means this is not a general issue, so I will try to delete the Flow and build it again from scratch.

Thanks for your help!

Hi @efialttes

Sounds good! It could be a caching issue. Please post here in case you continue to face the issue.

Re: Planner Create Bucket error

Hi @efialttes ,

Please try to export this Flow as a .zip file and then re-import it as a new Flow. After configuring the connection, this problem can be solved.

If there are other problems, please post back.
