Planner "User ID" to "Display Name"

Hi folks,

I'm having a flow to retrieve the overdue planner tasks and send to the escalation person for the follow up.

I'm able to retrieve and check the due tasks, and successfully sent an email to the corresponding users based on my rule. But ... I'd like to show the "Assigned To User Name" instead of "User Id", any hints ?

thanks,
Gavin

Hi @gavinleung ,

You could get the User Name using Get user profile (V2) action.

Is there a way to do this where there are multiple assigned users to a task? And then be able to strip each one out to use in seperate columns of a spreadsheet?
