Possible Power Automate Process Question

Hey everyone, hope your all having a great week so far! This is my first post here.

I am aware SharePoint has a limit of 5000. When it passes a threshold of 3000 would be possible for a flow process to export this entire list as an excel file and automatically clear the SharePoint list down until it reaches 3000 again.

It's also important that no entries are missed between this process taking place as the SharePoint will be constantly updated.

I would prefer using CDS as there is no limit on the amount of entries but that is not an option for me at the moment so I am trying to think of the best workaround.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Re: Possible Power Automate Process Question

Hello @Courtney
Yes,
I would have a flow run daily (probably at night once you get it working) to list items in the SharePoint list.
Count the items, and add a condition
If items is equal to or greater than 3000 >write to excel.
Than delete each item using a loop

If items is less than 3000 do nothing
