Post your own adaptive card as the Flow bot to a user - Error

If you want to add comments from an approval flow that uses the actions 'Wait for an approval' and 'Post your own adaptive card as the Flow bot to a user' be careful.  I have found two characters that will cause the flow to fail.  The characters are \ and ".  To resolve the issue I escape the \ and replace the " with `.

I use the following expressions and then added the comments to a variable as in the next 3 steps.

1st compose expression: replace(triggerBody()?['text'], '\''\\')
2nd compose expression: replace(outputs('Compose_escape_slash_in_requestor_comment'), '"''`')
3rd set variable to output of 2nd step.

The variable can then be used in the action 'Post your own adaptive card as the Flow bot to a user'.

The Error I was getting was:
Microsoft.Azure.ProcessSimple.Data.Entities.Exceptions.ProcessSimpleDataException: The specified Teams flowbot adaptive card request is missing or invalid. The tracking Id is '{0}'. ---> Newtonsoft.Json.JsonReaderException: Bad JSON escape sequence: \S. Path 'body[0].columns[0].items[2].text', line 78, position 193.
