Power Automate Approvals not working on Teams

Hi, 

 

I have created an approval flow that starts each time a new item is added in a SP list called "Approval Pending". When the approver either approves or rejects the item, it gets deleted from the current list and a new item is created in either the "Approved" or "Rejected" list.  When the approval action (clicking on the approve or reject button) occurs via Outlook, the flow is correctly executed but when the approval action is done via Teams, the item gets deleted from the current list but is not created in the new list. 

 

As I have not found any solution online, I am really hoping someone here can help me.
