Power Automate Best Practices



I need some guidance on best practices for setting up the Flows for other users in the department. I can create them under my accounts and share them with other users. But what happens when I no longer work here and my account is disabled. 


Is there a way to create flow under a group?

  • You can export your flow and have them import it in there profile
    • not a great solution since they won't know how to fix it if it breaks; not maintable
  • MS Teams has shared cloud flows; I don't know the behavior though if your account is disabled
  • I'm sure there's an org-wide supported distribution; I'd talk with your IT to have them support your solution
