I installed Power Automate on my computer and then decided I didn't want it and uninstalled it. Now its browser extensions are installing on all my browsers. I would've thought that would've uninstalled with the application, but I guess not. How do I get rid of the extension on a system level?
I finally was able to stop it from installing by removing some registry entries.
One of them is
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Edge\Extensions\njjljiblognghfjfpcdpdbpbfcmhgafg
The other ones I lost when I accidentally closed the window prematurely. One of them was a similar entry under the WoW6432Node.
I searched my registry for occurrences of njjljiblognghfjfpcdpdbpbfcmhgafg which is the extension ID and if it was prefixed by Edge\Extensions I deleted it.
I don't take responsibility if this breaks anything. I was willing to take the chance since I create new profiles in several browsers on a regular basis and constantly removing the extension was really annoying me. I am fairly sure the extension also phones home to the PowerAutomate site to check your Flows online as well so that is intrusive.
The first Microsoft-sponsored Power Platform Conference is coming in September. 100+ speakers, 150+ sessions, and what's new and next for Power Platform.
Announcing a new way to share your feedback with the Power Automate Team.
