Power Automate Embedded ISV Licensing & Pricing

Hi there,

Looking at the possibility of embedding Power Automate into our ISV application and having customers create flows from within our application UI. Was wondering if there is a way to license Power Automate similar to the Power BI Embedded 'app owns data' method where there is no reliance on a customer's own Office 365 tenant for licenses? It would be best if, like Power BI Embedded app owns data, the licensing is purely handled within ISV's tenant.

While reading this Power Automate article I saw mention of potentially needing to become a Microsoft CSP to order to get licenses on behalf of customers, however this seems complicated - not sure.

Has anyone done this already or can explain the best options to achieve an embed in an ISV application with minimal fuss on the customers side?

Appreciated!

Regards,
Mike
