Power Automate Flow increase string lenght when creating Task

I want to build a Power Automate flow that automatically creates a task in MS Tasks.

However, I'm running into the issue of the title/body being too large; it can only be a strenght of less than / equal to 255. This is sadly a very low number; the task includes some MS Forms form responses, which should be fully displayed and described.
I already tried making the title shorter, but this won't help me in future flows when there's even more content.

See below what error message I get and how that part of my flow looks like.

Does anyone have anysuggestions on how to include more content / increase the string lenght / ...?

I'm looking forward to your answers.

Hi @Mikolaj_

I think I have a solution for you. First, you create the task by trimming the title to fit the 255 characters. You can use the substring function to achieve that.

Then you do an "Update task details" using the ID of the task created before and update the description with your full text.

Here's the Power Automate:

It runs successfully.

Here's the result in the planner.

Can you please give it a try and see if it solves your issue?

@manuelstgomes Thank you for your quick response. I just tested it in my flow and it ran successfully.
