Power Automate - SharePoint Get Items Action - OData Filter

Hello,

I have a flow that recently stopped working without throwing any errors. I believe it is because my SharePoint list has crossed the 5,000 row threshold. I attached a screenshot of the setup of the Get Items action that works for the previous billing cycle but not the latest.

Context:

I built an Expense Report Application in PowerApps. When an admin is ready, they will initiate a billing procedure within Power Apps which marks all of the expense report lines with a "BillingCycleID". Then a flow is triggered using the BillingCycleID as an input. The Flow gets all expense report lines for the BillingCycleID, and then loops through the lines to save down any attachments to a SharePoint document library. Th Get Items action will grab a few hundred lines max after the filter has been applied.

It has worked fine for years and just stopped working with billing cycle #55. If I run the flow manually with cycle #54 - it works and pulls all of the attachments as expected. When I look at the flow after it has ran with #55, the Get Items action returns a blank array.

If I use the Get Items action with an OData filter, will the filter only work on the first 5K lines? It seems that the latest lines are being ignored. Do I need to start archiving the historical information?
