Power Automate - check attachment content

Hi,

I wanted to create PowerAutomate flow which: check incoming email attachment excel content based on key word(s) and if the key word is noticed than it will send notification.

Please find bellow flow what I designed but I don't know why it is not working when I am testing it.

Hi @Tomas1772

First of all my sincere apologies for my first reply.

I mistakenly sent you a reply from another case.

Sorry for your needs this is not possible.

The attachment content is returned to flow in base64 format, so you cannot parse it directly.

But you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask  your colleagues to raise up the votes.

Power Automate · Community

The  product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.

Best Regards,

Levi

Hi @Tomas1772

Could you please tell me:

Do you mean MS Form by Form?

I did a test for your reference:

Hi @v-liwei-msft ,

Outlook email with excel attachment is starting point, not MS Form.

Tomas

Hi @Tomas1772

You can save files in SharePoint library or OneDrive.

If you want to read data in Excel, the most important point is that the data in Excel must exist in the form of a table.

Best Regards,

Levi
