Power Automate integration issue with LUIS

I am trying to create a flow to pass a list of utterances to LUIS from an excel and retrieve the top scoring intents to compare against the desired intents in the same excel file. While creating the connection using LUIS connector, I have used the authoring key as mentioned in the LUIS connector documentation, to get the app id and version values needed to make the connection.  However, while running the flow, I am getting this error message - "(403) Out of call volume quota for LUIS.Authoring F0 pricing tier. Please retry after 11 days. To increase your call volume switch to a paid tier." I believe I should not receive this error as Authoring resource has a limit of 1 million TPS per month and I am sure haven't reached even 1000. Is there any workaround to resolve this issue?
