Hi @666lestat ,

I've made a test for your reference:

1\My tables

2\My Flow

  • outputs('List_rows_present_in_a_table')?['body/value']
  • items('Apply_to_each')?['UserName']
  • decodeUriComponent('%0A')
  • outputs('List_rows_present_in_a_table_2')?['body/value']
  • item()?['UserName']
  • items('Apply_to_each')?['UserName']
  • body('Filter_array')
  • concat(items('Apply_to_each_3')['asset'],decodeUriComponent('%0A'))

3\Result

i find how to do for the compose.

I have just one probleme, i have 14K lines in my excel for the devices and the filter don't check all the lines.

Is there a way to do it ?

thank you

Hi @666lestat,

I can suggest a simple way. You can open two excels and do the vlookup between the excels and get the results.

Then the result excel can be used to send the emails by using Power Automate.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/vlookup-function-0bbc8083-26fe-4963-8ab8-93a18ad188a1

Once you have the results ( people with their asset Ids, Email address) then create a FLOW and send the emails.

FLOW Example:

Excel Example (after you do vlookup):

rajasubr_1-1658312948753.png

Happy to help you and share my workflow as as attachment if needed

just to be sure i correcty understood the limitation.

i have max 20 leavers but 14k devices.

is it the excel with the 14k device the problem ? or i miss something ?

like i said, i'm beginer

i found something. My limit seems to be the "list row present in a table" (limited to 256).

Eureka, i found the solution.

I activate the pagination in the setting of the list row present in a table and configure it to 14k.

perfect.

a last question.

When i delete and replace or save on the old excel, i lost the connexion (i'm not sure to be clear)

Hi @666lestat ,

Yes, if you delete and replace the file, the flow will be invalidated. Because each file has a unique ID, flow actually uses this ID to find the corresponding file.

Bof

Ok so if i want to update the file, i can't just change the file by a new one.

So how can i do ? create a sharepoint list ?

Is there a solution to use new file in the folder to do the job ?

Thank you.

Hi @666lestat ,

I suggest you to create a SharePoint list as the data source.

Bof

i'm continuing on my work but i have a little problem.

i would like to send an email to each users with their devices.

I don't know how to use your solution with my need.

I obtained only emails with all the results or each email with incremented results (i don't know if i'm clear).

How could i obtain  this :

mail for XX

Device : UUU

Mail for YY

Device : III

device : KKK...

Please help me 😭
