Power automate to tick on tickbox on a pdf once condition is met

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to ask if there is any way for me to tick on these ticket box using flow?

I tried to convert the PDF to Word but the yellow part and the square part is now embedded to the word document and can't be removed. 

Just wanted to check with anyone out there that is able to have resolved this?
