Dear Community.
I am very new to this Microsoft power platform. I just started using the Microsoft forms for collecting the user inputs.
Kindly let me know if the below given scenario is possible.
I am maintaining Issue ticket details in a SharePoint Online List. We need to collect inputs related to the ticket. I have created a form and connected the same using a Ticket ID to the SharePoint online list.
The way it works is
The issue is if they enter the ID wrongly, the data is getting updated to a wrong ticket id.
Is there anyway to populate the Ticket id directly from the SharePoint online list into the Forms when the user opens the link ?
If there is any other solution to address this requirement kindly suggest me.
Please help me on this issue. Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, this is not possibl. But, if somebody else point us to a way to achieve it, more than happy to learn.
I was just wondering if the users you are sending emails can have more than one ticket open. If just one, you can forget about requesting them to add ticket ID, and use their email address instead to identify Sharepoint item, which is something automatically added by Forms .
Also, if users have Microsoft Teams, another approach is to implement the form by means of an Adaptive Card, the Ticket ID embedded inside... or by means of a PowerApp, if all of them belong to the same organization.
Hope this helps
