So I created a Flow account to try and automate some workflow between FreshDesk and VSTS. But it is telling me that in order to create a FreshDesk flow, I need to have an Office 365 subscription. Is that correct? I don't see the relationship between o365 and VSTS?

Hi @sheamus,

You need have an Office 365 subscription if you would like to use the VSTS connector.

You could refer to link below to learn more about the Office 365 Integration and Visual Studio Team Services team project:

Best regards,

Alice
