So I created a Flow account to try and automate some workflow between FreshDesk and VSTS. But it is telling me that in order to create a FreshDesk flow, I need to have an Office 365 subscription. Is that correct? I don't see the relationship between o365 and VSTS?

You need have an Office 365 subscription if you would like to use the VSTS connector.
