Premium actions - if I can see them, are they licensed?

If I am building a flow and I add a new action and see an action that is marked as "PREMIUM" can I assume that it is properly licensed for me to use?  Perhaps if I did not have the proper license to use it, then it would not appear and allow me to select it and use it.  Can I make that assumption?

You can also check which licenses you have: check out the docs here:

Hello @grahampasmurf

You will still see premium connectors and actions even if you don’t have that license. You will be prompted when selecting them to buy a license or start a trial.

Excellent!  I can select them and fill them out, so that must mean that I have the correct license!
