Problems parsing CSV file, unexpected slashes and quotations

Firstly, sorry about all the edits:

I followed a guide to parse a csv but it seems to be adding slashes and quotations around the items and I'm not too sure what I'm doing wrong:

Here is the expression I'm using for "splitByLines"

split(outputs('Get_file_content_2')?['body'], decodeUriComponent('%0D%0A'))

I added the "decodeUriComponent" part as I was also getting trailing "\r's" and found a post on here...is there something else I should be using?

Found a post from DamoBird365 which really helped, used this expression:

split(replace(outputs('Get_file_content_2')?['body'],'"',''),decodeUriComponent('%0D%0A'))
