Question About Email Notifications

Hello all. I created a flow that grabs information from a Microsoft Form and submits the information into rows in an Excel file.

When the information is submitted the user must then action on it. Is it possible to create a trigger so that if a user doesn't action in the Reported To section in 30 mins after the information is generated, that email could be sent out notifying me of such?

@Vincebk I think this is really difficult with excel as we don't have events like excel modified, why don't you move the data from excel to SharePoint. If you do this then this can be easily done. If at any stage you need an excel for reporting or any other purpose you can just export the data in excel/csv.

@Vincebk if the there is 1 file for each user and if the file is in SharePoint library then yes. Using when item is modified you can check this.
