[Question] Power Automate : Required flow of data between User System and Microsoft Cloud for implementation

Hello...!

In our industry, We are about to implement Power automate desktop as a RPA tool. Earlier we were using WIN Automation as a RPA tool in a standalone setup.

As per industry standard, External & Internal network segregation, firewalls, Proxy Control, etc., have been implemented in our company.

To run MS RPA automatically (Schedule), Our in-house PC and an external MS cloud server must communicate.

Is it possible to schedule/automatically run the power automate without MS cloud server communication i.e., in a standalone setup?

Pls confirm. If not possible, Pls share the data flow between User System and Microsoft Cloud to get security clearance from IT Team for implementation
