Can I use one outlook connection to get all my company staff calendar events?

Re: Question about Outlook 365 Connection

HI @Faithz

If it's a shared calendar yes. You should be able to see all the calendars that you have on your outlook. Just add it and use the "Get calendar view of events (V3)" and select that calendar.

Is this what you need?

Re: Question about Outlook 365 Connection

Hi @manuelstgomes ,

Thanks for your reply.

In my case, When my company staff have a new event in outlook calendar, MS Flow can get the calendar detail and save it in our database. Only use one connection

Can I do this?

Hey @Faithz

Sure you can. Here's an example with a Google Calendar but it should work the same way. Add the calendar to your Outlook and then you'll see the calendars:

Then use the trigger and select the calendar:

@manuelstgomes

Is it only follow your connection outlook?

In my knowledge, this just can get your outlook new events detail.

Can I get other staff event detail, even the event does not invite to me?

@Faithz

Yes, subscribe to the calendar if you have permissions to it, of course.

Here are some instructions on how to do that:
