Questions about saving Office 365 attachments to One Drive for Business

Does using the Flow to save Office 365 attachments to One Drive for Business remove the attachment from Office 365 so that it doesn't use up your quota? If so, is there a way this can be implemented for an entire organization?

Also, is there a way to do this retroactively, going through all previous Office 365 emails and saving the attachments to OneDrive for Business?

Re: Questions about saving Office 365 attachments to One Drive for Business

Hi @Maky,

The function to save Office 365 attachments to One Drive for Business and remove the attachment from Office 365 is not supported in microsoft flow currently.

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Best regards,

Alice

Re: Questions about saving Office 365 attachments to One Drive for Business

From my own testing, it seems that the attachments are just duplicated on OneDrive, not moved.

I'm trying to find a way to better utilize space. With our Office 365 email quotas set too 100 GB and our One Drive for Business quota set to 1 TB, I'd like to relocate all attachments to One Drive permanently and link the emails to that location. This way I'd never have to worry about email quotas again. Is there another way to do this?
