Rate of inbound calls on Power Automate

Dear All,

I have a set of users, who are using web hook triggers of my connector to create workflows. I want to understand if there is any documentation, on how many inbound calls Power Automate can handle per minute? Is there a throttling policy? I have gone through the documentation here, which sets the runtime endpoint request limits at 45,000. Is that the rate of calls, that power automate will allow from my backend?
