I've seen this issue on this forum in October, seems it was fixed for Approvals overall, but in our case, the reassigning of approval is causing internal server error. Other approval flows seems to be working.
We have a business-critical process that relies on Flow (Power Automate) and approvals, with option to reassign approval. Since yesterday, we are unable to reassign - get internal server error:

I get the same error and would like a solution - "Encountered internal server error from the XRM API".
My basic flow is:
When an item is created (in a list)
Start and wait for an approval (enable reassignment is set to YES)
Condition to send an email upon approval or rejection.
We have reported this issue to Microsoft Automate Development Team that when reassigned an approval request to other users will return API error.
If there has any process about it, we will update this post as soon as possible.
