Hi there.
I'm trying to record responses from a Microsoft form to an excel document, where I have duplicate questions (due to branching and other reasons). As it currently stands, I'm not certain which response data corresponds to which questions (These questions are often text responses where the participant provides details with regards to the previous question).
The excel document that is being populated was generated from the original first (test) response, but I'm developing this with the intent of automating the process so that when a form is submitted, a report is generated and sent off detailing the response (I'm pretty confident about this part of the process).
I guess my question is: how can I discern the duplicate questions from each other (most clear in second image), if there even is a way. I'm not even sure if the duplicate questions are listed in the order they appear on the form
Thanks in advance! 🙂
