Reformating image data

Hello all,

My case is i am taking pictures via a mobile powerapp that then stores the image data into a SharePoint list. The format that powerapps captures the image is data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAeAAAAKACAYAAABEyKtSAAAgAElEQVR4Xsy9..... , long string. Is thier anyway in flows i can reformat this image data to be a hyperlink ? i am trying to then display these images through a powerbi report and it seems that only hyperlinks for images work. Can anyone help with this ? or offer a better solution ?

Thanks !

The URL for the link should just be the contatenation of the Site URL (including the library and folder) and the name of the image File. Not enough of a BI expert to explain why it might not be showing in BI

There is no way to reformat the binary image to be a URL because that image is stored in memory and Flow has no facility to return it when an outside request comes in.  But you can easily save the image to a SharePoint Library or a OneDrive. Then you can get a hyperlink to the file stored in that location to use in PowerBI.

If you navigate to the library directly can you open and see the image?  If not, one of the common problems is not putting the file extension on when saving the file.  Without that SahrePoint, and Power BI, won't know its an image.  If you can open the file then make sure that the account running PowerBI has access to the SharePoint library.
