Reminder email to update sharepoint by comparing today & last modified date in sharepoint

Dear all -

I would like to set an automatic reminder when project updates are past due by 2 weeks. I have used the below approach where I compare the modified date of the sharepoint entry with the current date minus 14 days (less than), however it does not seem to pick any entry...

Any suggestion would be great !

Thanks

Hi @FredMK

It looks like your expression is slightly wrong. Try changing it to addDays(utcNow(),-14)

Hope that helps.

@FredMK

I agree with the solution provided by @LeeHarris but would like to add to it.

I assume that you are using a SharePoint Get items action.  Please note that Get items will only return 100 items by default.  Unless you have a premium license, you can retrieve a maximum of 5000 items.  To change the 100 item default, click on settings for the action and configure as follows:

Also, if you have more than 5000 items in your list or you want your Flow to run more quickly, you can replace your condition with a filter query (OData filter).
