Remove Action Items After Someone Else Approves

Hi,

So I have a flow that creates an approval off of form responses. The approval is assigned to myself and one other person and is set to "Approve/Reject - First to Respond"

My problem is that if someone other than me "Approves' the the Approval, it still shows up in my "Received Action Items" Pending Approval.

This problem with this is that a Sharepoint item is created on approval or rejection of an approval request. So if my coworker "Approves" the request. It still shows up in my "Action items" and my only options are to approve, reject, or reassign the request. Which if I approve or reject it, it creates a duplicate item in Sharepoint.

Is their a way to make it so that "Action Items" update after someone else responds so that it isn't sitting in "Received Action Items"  Thanks.

This is to help others that might have the same issues you encountered.

Thanks

Side note:

Microsoft Forms has since updated and you no longer need the responses in a loop
