Rename Excel file in SharePoint

I have a flow that takes a report from (3rd party tool) as an attachment

My flow removes the xlsx file from the email and saves to a document library in SharePoint

The next step i wish to do is "Create a Table" which is easy enough for a fixed name file BUT he daliy attachment has a the date within the subject so every day the file name updates and the flow will fail as the names do not match

i.e. Open IncidentsMyCompany-dt-2022-06-21-tm-01-01-06-355-ticks-504

Question: Is there a wild card i can use to only see "Open IncidentsMyCompany"

There is only one file in the folder which is deleted every night by a different flow, so only one file to rename

Any help would be appreciated
