Resolve Person via flow

Hi Team,

I have created a flow to grant the item level permissions where i check for the users principal id and using it the permissions are set.

Here, the flow only grants acess to those users only who already has access on SharePoint site as those are having principal id. And remaining users are not granted the acess as flow is not able to get there principal id.

Is there any way in which i can first add the users to SharePoint site and then continue the item level permissions?

Does your reference to the principal of mean that they need to be in the UserInfo list? If so, simply referencing that person in a person or group column and saving the record will, I believe, add them to the UserInfo list.

I reffer to the principal id of user which gets generated only if that user has rights in SharePoint list.

If the user is not present, then my flow fails.

So how do i add this user in to site?

Thanks for the reply and it is good to know about Resolve Person, but I also just found out that person in question, their account was disable in the AD today so that could be why.
